This includes details about the Activity (e.g., type, location, date, time, notes), your sign-up status (confirmed, waitlisted), and any content you post within Communities or in relation to Activities (e.g., notes on past games).
Communications: If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
Payment Information (if applicable): If you engage in transactions that require payment (e.g., for community credits or paid activities, though this feature might not be fully implemented), we or our third-party payment processors may collect payment information. Vsprr itself typically does not store full credit card numbers.

When you participate in an Activity, other participants and the organizer may see your username and profile picture.
In Communities, your username and profile picture are visible to other members. Your role (e.g., creator, admin, member) may also be visible.
With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work (e.g., payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing efforts). These service providers are obligated not to disclose or use your information for any other purpose.
