Click the "Register" button on the homepage or in the header. You'll need to provide a unique username, a valid email address, your phone number, and a password that is at least 8 characters long. You must also confirm you are 18 years of age or older.
Once logged in, you can access your profile from the navigation menu. Here, you can update your username, bio, social media links, and change your profile picture.
Activities
From your Dashboard, click "Organize Activity". Fill in the details such as the activity name, date, time, location, and maximum number of participants. You can post it publicly, make it private (invite-only), or post it to a specific community you are a member of.
If an activity is full, you can join the waitlist. If a confirmed participant leaves, the first person on the waitlist is automatically promoted and notified via email.
Yes! Send an email from your registered Vsprr email address to create@mg.vsprr.com and our AI will automatically create an activity for you. It's incredibly flexible - just write naturally in whatever format works for you.
Simple examples:
What makes it powerful:
- Attachments work: Forward a court booking confirmation, attach a PDF invite, or include a screenshot of an event flyer - the AI will extract the details
- Any language: Write in English, Chinese, Thai, Italian, Tamil or any language you're comfortable with
- Natural writing: No special formatting needed - just describe your activity like you're texting a friend
- Minimal info required: Just include the date, time, venue, and activity type. Our AI will try and infer the number of players based on your activity.
- Forward emails: Got a booking confirmation or event invite? Just forward it directly
What happens next:
- 1. The AI processes your email within seconds
- 2. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your new activity
- 3. If anything's unclear or missing, you'll get a helpful email explaining what to fix
- 4. The activity is immediately visible to your communities or publicly (depending on your setup)
Communities
Public communities are visible to everyone in the "Browse Communities" section. They can be set to allow anyone to join instantly or to require approval from an admin. Private communities are not listed publicly and can only be joined via a direct invitation link.
Community creators and admins can manage a credit system for their members. This is useful for activities that have a cost (e.g., court booking fees). Admins can add, subtract, or set credits for members, and the cost of an activity will be automatically deducted from a member's balance when they join. However Vsprr doesn't have a payment gateway to collect payment from users. Community credits is just a tracking tool to help community admins. Community credits are also specific to each community and cannot be used in other communitites other than the one it was issued in.
